Sheep Shearing with Sammamish Valley 4H

Sheep shed coats for spring.

Barn Place and the Sammamish Valley 4-H host this spring shearing event. Sheep will be sheared professionally starting at 8:00 a.m. and goes until all sheep have been stripped of their winter coats. 

Free and open to the public.

David Chapman, Abigail Narz and Brooke Chapman recently participated in the class, "Shearing on a Stand," with Eileen Hordyk, at the Spring Fair in Puyallup.
