Peace Corps looking for Ag applicants
The Peace Corps is currently evaluating applications from U.S. citizens with agriculture, natural resources or forestry backgrounds for programs departing in 2009. Volunteer assignments are 27 months long, and the Peace Corps covers the cost of transportation and living expenses. If you can picture yourself sharing your critically needed skills with host country communities throughout Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America or, perhaps, the Pacific Islands, we want to hear from you. And, if you happen to have a language background in French or Spanish, all the better. Click on the following link to find out why the Peace Corps is still “the toughest job you’ll ever love.”
