Farm to Cafeteria Program

The 21 Acres Farm to Cafeteria program, led by Tim Crosby, is charged with developing the regional food system. This system level work involves infrastructure, distribution, processing, marketing, policy, advocacy, and business development.

Farm to School Connections

The current focus of this work is the Local Farms - Healthy Kids state policy proposal. Tim has helped develop draft language for this proposal that is one of the 2008 Priorities for a Healthy Washington. Tim is a member of the regional Farm to School Connections policy committee.
